This is a ride at Cedar Point Amusement park in Sandusky, OH called "Top Thrill Dragster". The ride fires the car down a 500 foot horizontal track on an aircraft carrier catapult and then momentum carries it up a hill over 400 feet in the air. You can see the car cresting the top of the hill in the next picture. The car is doing in excess of 120 MPH before it turns skyward. The ride cost 25 Million dollars to build and normally you would have to wait 1.5 to 3.5 hours in queue. The ride is over in 24 seconds. The top picture is the car coming down the backside and the third picture is my two boys in the front seat. The fourth picture is me winning the big dog while they are in line. I did ride but they wanted to wait extra time to sit in the front......It is quite an experience.....;-)))
