Built in memory of the civilians killed & massacred during the Japanese occupation of S'pore during World War 2, it sits in the midst of busy city traffic near Singapore's Padang and City Hall.

Nice smooth paths to rollerblade round and round on all sides, with the exception of the side facing Singapore Cricket Club and a few drains pesky drain covers.
