Good surfing beach (as if you don't know) busy in peak season due to the surf being easy for beginners. All the amenities expected of a tourist beach are available, good shop, bar and board hire.

Park at the beach not as the signs direct you to the top of the hill. Excellent for families, and surfers with toilets, showers, food and shops. Dog friendly.

Great beach. Rent a wetsuit and have a swim. It is so cold. Also see the sunset. It is breathtaking. 8/10

If the surf is crap & mushy at Fistral, check the beaches on the other side of town as the surf is often cleaner! Works vice-versa too!

Great beach and great surf, save some energy if you are carrying your surf board back up the hill, as that is really painful
