A definitely must go place when you visit South Island. You will need to get boat to go around, recommend you to purchase your ticket online. It is cheaper than buying in from the counter. :-)

Fun fact: Milford Sound isn't actually a sound... it's a fjord! It's also one of the wettest places on Earth, so pack a rain jacket and a camera and hop on board a cruise for spectacular views.
