Absolutely stunning place. Make sure you're at the park entrance just before 8AM and have the site mostly to yourself (and a few others) for roughly the first hour.

The closer you get to the entrance, the cheaper the guides. They started asking for $500 pesos but ended up paying much less

This is the best pyramids spot in Mexico. The former maya city is almost entirely invaded by jungle ! Be Adventurous !

Take 3-4 hours to see the entire site. Do walk the extra loop along the waterfalls through the jungle

Make sure to be at the site when it opens (8am) to avoid the crowds.
