Singaporeans and PRs get free entry by showing your ID. Went on a Monday and it was free. Love the architecture of the building. Don't miss their connected building SAM@8Q at the side.

The current contemporary art exhibition, "medium at large", is quite an extraordinary selection of art that challenges traditional concepts of media and ways of seeing. Definitely worth checking out!

If you are planning to go to more than 1 museum, consider getting a 3 day pass for about $20 which will give you access to all 5 city museums.

Come join Haig Girls' School and partners as the P4 pupils showcase their interpretations of arts works curated by the museum. Go up to level 2 and head towards Gallery 2.7!

SAM (& SAM @ 8Q) showcases contemporary Asian art and were hosts to/will host Singapore Biennale. Both buildings were schools until the late '80s when they were converted to the art spaces today.
